USA Police caught testing new City Spy Drones - Rapid Denial and Washover

Good watch. As our forefathers have said that established this country, the local level should be the most powerful government even above state and national government. Why do they say this because the possibility for corruption is much harder on a wide scale and it still gives us freedom to leave a local government that is corrupt. Also look at this Local News coverage im sure this would not have been allowed on tv in a broadcast by the mainstream media! I got a question for everyone that watches this?
